We are looking for a Junior Partnership Manager who builds relationships like friendships, spots opportunities before others do, and closes deals with a smile. With your mix of commercial flair, strategic insight, organisational talent, and sharp analytical skills, you turn customer data into smart, impactful actions. Are you ready to celebrate success together and drive sustainable growth?
About United Repair Centre
At United Repair Centre, we consider ourselves to be social pioneers on a mission to repair the clothing industry by putting people first, one garment at a time. We have three main goals in doing this:
Goal 1: To create job opportunities for people distant to the labour market
Goal 2: To reduce textile waste
Goal 3: Do it at scale to really change the system
We work with global brands to provide life-extension services such as Repair, ReNew, and ReMake programs. These programs not only help brands achieve circularity goals but also reduce waste and create meaningful jobs for skilled craftspeople.
The Role
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented ‘Junior’ Partnership Manager to help nurture and grow relationships with our existing partners. In this role, you’ll play a key part in tracking performance, using data and feedback to optimise collaboration, and ensuring that partners gain maximum value from our services and platform.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Partnerships, Connections and Operations teams in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys account management, data-informed strategy, and relationship building—all while contributing to positive environmental and social outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day partner communication and coordination
Monitor and report on partner performance metrics (e.g., repair volumes, platform engagement, satisfaction)
Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and increase impact
Collaborate internally to refine and streamline partner-related processes
Provide actionable insights to improve the client experience using data from our Repair Tech Platform
Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure partner success and operational alignment
Who You Are
A motivated professional with 1–3 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or client services—ideally in sustainability, textiles or tech
Skilled in organizing and managing projects across teams and timelines
Comfortable working with data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards) and translating insights into action
Clear and confident communicator who enjoys relationship-building
Passionate about sustainability, circularity, and social impact
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
Education & Experience
Degree in Business, Commercial Economics, Communications, or a related field (HBO level or higher)
Prior experience in the fashion or textile industry is a strong advantage
What We Offer
A competitive salary in line with the MITT CAO Functionscale 7 (€2,800 - 3,275, depending on experience).
A meaningful role in a fast-growing and impact-focused organization
Opportunity to shape how leading brands embed circular practices
A creative and multicultural team environment
An inspiring workspace in Amsterdam West, complete with a garden and shared lunches
Personal and professional growth in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting
Personal Well-Being budget
